Hill Country Estate, about this project

This project consisted primarily of tile roofing during the continued frame and trim completion that took a few months. With every stage of framing, there was the roof to wall flashing wither for stucco or stone as shown in the photos above.  

Another part of this roof, was the standing seam metal roofing, lightly scattered about this project on the center turrett, the awning roofs, the secondary building the exersize building and the outdoor kitchen near the pool.  

We used through-wall-flashings, which simply means, the roof to wall counter flashings are indeed, through the wall finishes, stone and stucco. This is a guarantee of no possible leaks.  

Waterproofing, chimney caps and roof-to-wall flashings prior to masonry and stucco were all a part of the detailed work we performed for this project.
